2020 in review
As for everyone, 2020 was a year of transformation at RSG, moving to a fully digital roster of events. We were also proud to support the launch of the Digital Legal Exchange, a non-profit working to support in-house legal functions as they undergo digital transformation.
Our research revealed how the events of 2020 have radically transformed mindsets, and showed us that it is qualities of leadership, resilience and creativity that help the legal profession to adapt. Digital transformation is an ongoing process, not a marked destination. It requires new ways of thinking and we anticipate that in 2021 and the years ahead we will see more industry collaborations, particularly around data, to build more resilient and sustainable businesses.
