INNOVATION TAROT

Wand of Innovation
In most industries, innovation is associated with the one big idea, a moment of inspiration which translates into a needed and lucrative product or service line. Innovators are thought to be the people who have ‘brains as big as planets’, people that are quirky, individual and prone to flashes of brilliance. For professional service firms, and in particular law firms, innovation is not necessarily about being a magician. Often, it is simply about process, efficiency and project management. The legal profession is evolving into an industry which has to adapt to the demands of 21st century business. This metamorphosis requires lawyers to innovate but change is so incremental that their innovations tend to be discreet but significant steps along the road to greater efficiency.
