Sze-Von joined the RSG team in 2018 to research the FT Innovative Lawyers reports.
Prior to converting to law, Sze-Von graduated with an honours degree in English from The University of Nottingham before joining the education sector, where she led projects for a London-based educational technology start-up and managed regional programmes in Asia and the Middle East for an educational consultancy.
Passionate about cultural representation, inclusion and social mobility, Sze-Von was previously selected to represent her university at an international summit focused on the increasing globalisation of education and workforces. She also helped to drive a social mobility mentoring initiative which was recognised in the university’s inaugural knowledge exchange and innovation awards. During her degree, Sze-Von received a full scholarship for a summer programme at the prestigious Korea University and spent six months in China studying and teaching English as a foreign language.
