Yasmin Lambert is the Senior Consultant and a partner at RSG Consulting. She joined the company in 2008 where she has been immersed in the FT Innovative Lawyers programme, RSG-India and many of the other thought-leadership projects RSG undertakes. She has designed qualitative and quantitative analytical frameworks used to measure value in legal services, to evaluate company board composition, and to assess emerging market law firms. She is a regular contributor to the Financial Times and frequently speaks on the subject of innovation and transformation in the legal industry. Prior to joining RSG, Yasmin worked on a project to develop self-regulation for the further education sector in the UK and spent five years working in the IT industry in Australia with Siemens, Fujitsu, and the Health Technology division of the NSW Department of Health. Yasmin studied Philosophy and Economics at the University of Sydney, is a trained business coach, and advises law firms and corporate legal teams. In 2020, she was appointed chief coach at the Digital Legal Exchange, a non-profit institute set up to accelerate the digital transformation of corporate legal functions to drive greater commercial.
